Some time ago I was asked to answer the following question… “How do I differentiate myself from other loan officers and why should you choose me?” The answer lies within my qualifications, my love for the business, my ability to identify with realtors from my experience as a Realtor, and my commitment to my clients financing success. I’ve always understood my success in the business is because I am a good listener. I know my products, I know what I’m selling, I know my limitations, and I know my boundaries. I educate the consumer as a consultant, and investment advisor rather than someone who pitches a rate, a term. I present to them all their options in order to make their decision an effective one for their future plans.
My favorite analogy I share with clients goes like…,” I see myself as the pilot of the plane, you’re the passenger. You tell me where you want to go. My job is to utilize my experience and expertise to get you to your destination in the least time, with the least aggravation while keeping you informed throughout the trip and to navigate us around the potential types of turbulence. I can’t promise a turbulence-free trip, but I can promise that I will make use of my experience and expertise for the smoothest flight possible and a safe on time landing.”
I pride my business on focusing on the service, streamlining the process, building rapport, trust, respect, establishing long-term relationships and giving back to the community.
I believe now more than ever it’s important to work with a lender you can trust and have confidence in.
